Tennessee Drug Card is a free program that provides savings up to 75% off most brand name and generic medications, and there are no applications to fill out or qualifications to meet. All cards are pre-activated and ready to be used immediately.

Tennessee Drug Card works with Rural Health Association of Tennessee, Home Builders Association of Tennessee, Tennessee Municipal League and Blount Partnership, along with hospitals and clinics throughout the state to help distribute cards to residents in need.

If you are unable to print a card from our website please visit our preferred pharmacies, CVS/pharmacy and Fred's Pharmacy, and ask to process your prescription through the Tennessee Drug Card. In addition to our preferred pharmacies, Tennessee Drug Card is also accepted at over 56,000 participating pharmacies nationwide, including Kmart, Harris Teeter, Ingles, Schnucks, Target, Walmart, BI-LO Pharmacy and Walgreens.
